BARONS WEST INDIAN HOT SAUCE - A truly West Indian hot sauce made from fresh, wholesome peppers blended with mustard to create its very own individual piquant flavors. All natural and fat free. APPLICATION: a few drops of this distinctive sauce add a spicy, exotic flavor to your dips, bar-b-que, or almost any other dish.
BARONS GRAVY BROWNING - A flavorsome browning made from our own specially prepared caramel, which imparts that desired rich color to your dishes. APPLICATION: A few drops add rich color to soup stews, sauces and gravies.

Truly delightful mango chutney guaranteed to arouse the most blas‚ palate. Great with tortilla chips, nachos and more! BARONS JERK SEASONING - This mildly hot and spicy seasoning, Jamaica in origin has been imitated all over the Caribbean and even further afield. Our recipe has been skillfully formulated to capture the real flavor and taste of Jamaican Jerk. Hot chilies, pimento and scallion have been combined with other spices and herbs to create this authentic - tasting seasoning, guaranteed to transport you to the sun splashed, reggae - pulsating island! Marinate chicken; pork or beef with a few tablespoons of this seasoning, and oven cook as usual. The results - awesome! For a better and more pronounced flavor, marinate overnight!
BARONS FRUIT CONCENTRATES - The essence of the Caribbean! Sun-kissed tropical fruits have been carefully prepared to produce these delectable drinks, the flavors of the Caribbean right at your fingertips! APPLICATION: just add one part concentrate to four parts water for a refreshing tropical drink or use as a base for your fruit/rum punches, cocktails and cordials.
