Grilled Red Snapper Fillets

Ingredients

Cut 2 slits across red snapper on both sides. Sprinkle both sides with soy sauce, Easispice Fish Seasoning, and lemon pepper. Place fish, seasoned side down, on basket for grilling. Clamp fish in basket and grill over the charcoal about 15 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Squeeze Lime slice over fish for a rich tangy taste. For an additional kick flavor with Barons West Indian Hot Sauce!
