Kenny's Best Codfish Fritters (Bacalaitos)
Ingredients
- Bag Kenny’s Best Codfish Fritter Mix
Directions:
- Empty mix powder into a mixing bowl
- Add 2 - 3 cups of water into bowl
- Mix well until you get a pancake batter consistency. For best results the batter should sit for 30 min.
Frying Preparation:
- Place enough oil in pan for frying.
- Heat oil to approx 375 degF (medium heat)
- One spoonful of mixture makes one fritter. Fry until fritter becomes a golden brown color.
For a Spicy Fritter:
- Add 2 Tablespoons of Barons West Indian Hot Sauce!
