Dalgety Ginger & Sorrel

The Dalgety Group of companies was founded in 1993 in Georgetown Guyana. "Dalgety Agri Products", the first Guyana based operation, exported dried herbs in bulk to Europe and North America as well as Pineapples to the Tourist Islands of the Caribbean. In 1995 the company commissioned a factory in the UK - Dalgety Teas and Herbs - its aim to introduce Europe to the authentic stronger flavored herbal teas of the Caribbean. 2001 saw the formation of "Dalgety Caribbean Products". This subsidiary was formed to introduce gourmet Caribbean snacks and condiments.

Jamaican Mountain Peak Coffee

SALADA FOODS - The largest of four coffee processing companies in Jamaica, and one of two soluble coffee processing plants in the Caribbean. The Company works closely with the Government's Coffee Industry Board, which regulates the production, processing and marketing of Jamaican coffee beans. Salada Foods is their largest local purchaser.

The type of Arabica coffee grown in Jamaica is mainly of a superior variety known as Arabica Typica. This variety does well both in and outside of the Blue Mountains. Blended and roasted to the peak of perfection, to give you the real Jamaican taste. Made in Jamaica. It is more than a good coffee; it is a great coffee and a rare treat.
